CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN: 11-20-2010: 34TH Annual Savanna Field Show Tournament. This is our best shot at recruiting. I have filled out the application, and wrote the check, then hand delivered it to the Savanna Band Boosters at Savanna. THIS SHOW IS A GO. We will set up our Recruiting Booth early Sat. Morning and request everyone to participant in the recruiting efforts even if it's only for a 1 hour or 2, . General Idea is to run 2 hour shifts all day and evening. 2 to 4 people per shift would be Great.
Need a variety of CD's, DVD's, VHS's. TV, Pictures, the more the better could use a laptop to take names. Need Help. See Wally
1.) Need a team to get the supplies from storage to show, a pick up/van/or couple cars would be ideal. 7:00 to 9:00AM. Let us know when you can help.
2.) Replacements to work booth every two hours. When a Band is performing we make little or no noise
11/20/2010 Schedule:
7:00AM to 9:00AM: Set-up team to get our spot looking Good. 1-EZ-up, 3-tables,TV,VHS,DVD,CD. Tv has speakers in it,Power cords, Pictures, sign up book,assorted banners, flyers,business cards, a uniform,complete, a variety of horns , and helpers. coffee. Lights for night time or a lap-top to load the info as it is taken.
9:00AM to 11:00AM: Sell the corps, hand out flyers to propective members, take names
11:00AM to 1:00PM
1:00PM to 3:00PM
3:00PM to 5:00PM
5:00PM to 7:00PM
7:00PM to close---9:30PM: Tear down crew to load Recruiting Booth and return to Storage. It makes for a really long day if only 1 or 2 people work this Booth. Wear Kingsmen attire, be ready to promote our Drum Corps. More on this performance as it becomes available.
