That's a great photo, but it isn't from 1972. I believe it's from either 1977 or 1978. This new blog doesn't seem to allow me to read previous posts, so if someone else has already commented accordingly - sorry.

72 Timp Photo

Carol, you are right. I have confirmed with Jerry Garcia that this is definitely not a 72 photo. I think it is a photo of Mike "Casper" Majors, who marched Timp in 76.
